Mechanical Systems Inc. offers a full line of equipment. We can purchase from all manufacturers. We have been servicing customers in southern Arizona since 1977. We will guarantee a professional installation and ensure you are a satisfied customer.

Warranties are different depending on the brand of equipment you install. We will provide on most of our products a conditional 10 year parts & labor warranty. Many systems offer a lifetime warranty on some components. Our goal is to provide reliable and dependable equipment that meets your needs.

Maintenance Agreement

We also provide a annual preventative maintenance agreement that will keep your system in top operating condition. It will improve the performance and life of your equipment. This is biannual review and includes filter replacements.
